The majority of the sanding and painting will be done by hand. No heavy equipment is required for this work so noise should be limited. The D building will take approximately 5 weeks and E building will take approximately 4 weeks (weather permitted). We are expecting the work to commence in Spring of 2022 and continue straight through until work is complete. We will be having the railings painted in Buildings D & E on just the railings in need. This project runs 7 days a week, 24/7 until the completion of the beach renourishment. We will have a Dunes of Panama maintenance person accompanying the techs to give them access to the rooms so there is no need to feel you must interrupt your vacation waiting in the room for them.The beach renourishment project is currently under effect in our location. They are sensitive to the fact that guests are on vacation and will do everything they can to keep their presence in the units to a minimum. During this process, they will need access to the room once they begin the in-room AP installation.
These outages will be temporary, and i-packet will make every effort to keep the outages as short as possible. While the internet team is upgrading and swapping out the core equipment there will be intermittent WiFi outages as the old switches are removed and new ones put in. The upgrade is expected to be completed January 26th. The beach renourishment project is currently under effect in our location.
